1. Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from your
site?
No
you don't. Paypal simply manages transactions for our site.
You can elect to create a Paypal account after you enter your
name, address and credit card information. Or you can choose
not to.
2. Can I order over the phone?
Yes! Just call our Customer Service on 0845 450 1905.
They will assist you in purchasing your Moosh Pillow™
products.
3. Can I pay by cheque?
Yes! Just call Customer Service on 0845 450 1905
to receive a customer number and mail your payment to

Please make sure to include your delivery details and the
colour and number of each Moosh Pillow™ you want. Each
Moosh Pillow™ costs £6.99 plus post and packing.

4. How do I cancel my order?
Just e-mail and ask to cancel your order. If your order has
not been shipped out, you will receive a refund, minus a 10%
fee for processing the cancellation. Merchandise returned
more than 14 days after receipt of order will be eligible
for a merchandise exchange only. Post and packing costs will
not be refunded on any orders, and refunds will be issued
to the original form of payment or by cheque.
5. Where do you deliver and how long will it take?
We arrange for delivery anywhere in the UK. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
If you reside or would like delivery outside of the UK please do contact us on 0845 450 1905 or at customerservice@mooshpillow.co.uk. We may be able to help you.
6. What currency do you accept payment in?
Payments for all orders are to be in GB pounds unless otherwise agreed. If you wish to discuss payment in an alternative currency please contact us on 0845 450 1905 or at customerservice@mooshpillow.co.uk
7. What if I have a problem with my pillow?
We are confident in the high standard of our pillows and want you to be happy with your Moosh. We would ask you to contact us promptly on 0845 450 1905 or at customerservice@mooshpillow.co.uk should you have any issues with the quality of the product. We offer a replacement service for accidental damage or product flaws.
